Ok, I'm seriously impressed. Not only with the finished job, but the time spent doing it. It took me something like 5 months to finish my family room project and I didn't even need to install appliances.
Yea....I have an unfinished bathroom in my house from 2002. Yes...2002. We have 3.5 other bathrooms so it never became a priority. It is ready for tile work and trim. Everything else is done. It is now a large storage room.

    Morning folks!
    :coffee:
Hey?! Don't give me the "wow" face it is not (quite) as bad it sounds.

When we lifted the garage roof for the car lift, the house had a flat roof. We pitched the two story section which would have left my office this odd one story flat or shed roof section. So we framed a room above it. Was going to be a bedroom or art room and then slowly morphed into a bathroom.....should have made it a gun room...

I had posted three replies in a row (Spicy says that's my limit !), but I wanted to compliment your work. It looks sharp, and I bet that Barb loves it !
Thanks MM. Turned out this well due to my brothers experience as a contractor and some of his special tools made it much easier.
