Morning folks. Up and on the road by six for semi state wrestling tourney in ft Wayne. Any shops I need to hit while I’m here
Looks like you will be about 5-10 minutes from Wrigley. The other two shops are just another 5-10 minutes down the road.

In my experience Wrigley is the easiest to buy from. Not a dig on the other two stores - just been my experience.

Get your FFL, and start specializing in 1911 firearms. You have talent. We need more Gunsmithing.
Thank you. As I think about this over time, I realize I can focus on the 1911, but I also have deep experience with AR's and other guns as well. So I can have versatility in my work.

I had never used diamond files prior to my time with AllenM. I bought a few sets of them on Amazon and absolutely love these damn things. Between these, some boride stones, and the detail sanders I'm beginning to really enjoy the bench time blending and cleaning up lines and such. The main benefit to the diamond files is that you can file in any direction you want, instead of having to push the file on each stroke.

The grass wasn't growing but the yard had a bunch of leaves and crap that collected over the winter. Plus, it was a nice day and I needed the exercise. Hmmm, what else can I find to rationalize odd behavior?
I need to do the same. Leaves are scattered about.

If I get any weird looks while I mow, I'll just say 88 did it first.:)
