    Cockroaches are hard to kill
    Evil is hard to kill
    Therefore cockroaches are nasty.

Did I get that right, Lex?

    No no no no no.

    Cockroaches are hard to kill.
    Evil is hard to kill.

Therefore, evil and cockroaches are easy to kill when they are together.

Although, the conclusion is somewhat flexible.

How in the name of all that's good in the world did this dude not get his brain blown out?

Is this exhibit A in the argument to bring back the .45? Or more deployment of rifles? I don't know. Seems like the aiming was "good enough."

    "Aim small, miss small"? ;)

If you have a Facebook account, go to the WRTV page and read the comments. There is no shortage of morons making attempts to come up with excuses for him.

    I have FB.
But I think I'm going to pass on that.
I'm trying to lower my blood pressure, not raise it.

Is this like the "wood - witch - duck - float - burn" equation?

No Facebook here. I don't even want to know what these people are saying, they are just disrespecting a slain officer and a grieving family behind their backs. Pathetic excuse for human being's.

    Edit:
I decided to add text as I know this question will be asked:
"what's up with the horse with the backwards boot?"

The backwards boot symbolizes a warrior's final ride. As he is doing so, he's looking back over his men and family. The "riderless horse" follows the caisson to his rider's final resting place. It's hard to see if you understand the symbolism. If you've never heard that before, it looks really odd and generates questions.

Wow, very powerful. He does excellent work also the honor guard gave him a very nice ceremony.

I'll also add (because it's also commonly misunderstood) that it's 3 volleys of RIFLE fire and not a 21 GUN salute. 21 gun salutes are only for certain occasions and people. The distinctiin between rifles and guns is also important

Have they said anything about what made him do this?

Just to look at his picture makes me sick and angry.
It was mentioned before, though I'm not sure if it's truth or speculation, that a crime had been committed by the guy and he was fleeing from it when he crashed, then when he saw the officer he thought the officer was going to arrest him for the crime and began shooting.
Whether there was drugs in his system or he is just extremely bad at making good decisions, he took down one of our finest, and hopefully he will get the maximum penalty for this!
