You don't like Romney, you didn't like McCain, and you didn't really didn't care for Bush 43, nor Bush 41. You don't seem to like anybody.

So in the interim, lets just keep electing the Obamas, the Clintons, the Gores.

Hell, perhaps you can even find Walter Mondale to become prez.

    Some strategy.
Didn't like Clinton, didn't like Mondale. Certainly didn't care for Dukakis. I do like Johnson. Didn't like Barr, last go around and didn't vote for him or the other two dolts. Do you have a point?

Do you happen to remember all the campaign cash hanky-panky with Obama in 2008?

Besides accepting foreign contributions, the campaign website did not require credit card verification under the $100 statutory amount. In essence, anyone could make $99 campaign contributions as many times they wished, and without being tracked. These practices gave the Obama campaign a huge advantage in fundraising.

Small wonder why he chose not to accept federal campaign money, considering that he would have had to comply with accounting record keeping practices.

I think we'll find a lot more as the FEC completes their audit of his 2008 campaign. It's clear that much of the money he raised was not from "small donors". I'm not sure where the audit currently stands, but it may have something to do with why he decided to accept public money this time around.

When a Republican candidate is appealing to us, we shall vote for him/her...but it seems like the Republican party doesn't really care about the US Constitution, otherwise RP would have been nominated by now.

RP never got nominated because he's nuttier than a squirrel turd. Which state primary are you under the false impression that he won?

What part of the US Constitution is nutty?

Uh, winning primaries doesn't ensure the nomination, that's why they changed the rules so RP's delegates wouldn't count.

Always vote for principle, though you may vote alone, and you may cherish the sweetest reflection that your vote is never lost.
    - Adams

I will cast MY vote consistent with the principles of Libert. Mine will be a vote for Liberty.

Lots of people voted their principles in '92. Instead of liberty they got an assault weapons ban, FMLA and "don't ask don't tell". Did that make you happy? It tripled the price of a lot of really cool weapons. When your standing at the 1500 next year and they want $3,000 for a DPMS, will that make you happy? You can be right (which you proably are) or you can be happy, but you can't be both.(very rarely)

I concede Johnson and Paul are more conservative, but I can comprehend that neither can win. I'll sacrifice a little principle for happiness. That's part of being an adult. Divorce court is full of people that decided they would rather be right than happy.

Mitt would sign an AWB just as fast as Barrowski. Why do you keep harping about it?

The legislative body is kind of an important component of that to, did you know that?

Gosh, you must be a professor. Why don't you tell Barry about this legislative body you speak of, I don't think he's aware of it either. He kinda does his own thing.

Are you saying that he is going to use an executive order to reinstate an AWB in his second term?

What about the Govna's Assault Weapons Ban? Do you want talk about that AWB?

I have more reasons than I care to list why either one will not get my vote.

It looks to me that the Republican party and those supporting Romney are simply building up a case why they lost the election. Don't blame us...blame your candidate for not appealing to us. Obama and Romney are both cockpie.

Why don't you like t-bone steak?

Because it is not on the menue and nomatter how much you would like it, it's not in the larder and the waiter will tell you you have to settle for the choice that the reaonable folks at thbe othber tables have chosen for you.

I am sorry if you find it offensive to be called unreasonable, but when faced with two possible alternatives you choose option 3, that is illogical.

I will admit it is your right to vote for Micky, Daffy, Buggs or a really good man that you like and admire.

My daddy always said "wish in one hand and s*** in the other and see which one fills up the quickest.

BTW I hate holding my nose when I vote, but my vote is counts in the contest, third party votes are seen as protest votes and literaly count for naught.

Yes, he can win if enough people set aside their lunacy and actually vote for the most qualified candidate with a track record that makes Reagan look like a socialist. All it takes is numbers and a lack of fear and republican partisanship.

It is not called an educated thoughtful vote.

    It is the popular vote.

People vote for the one who promises to make them the most important person in their orbit. That is why big givaway polititions are re-elected time and time again.

If Obama gets re-elected kiss our country good buy...say good buy to your guns, the internet as we know it, to healthcare as we know it, get ready to pay a bigger part of your income to taxes....with in the next 4 years you will have to decide do you want to work or move to the government plantation...there you will be given food stamps not enough to eat healthy on but eat...then Mrs Obama will tell you how fat your kids are and take them away to the fat farm...you will get to go to school to get a new career once you join SEIU. The government will take care of all your needs. Socialism is here ...just a few more people on the plantation, 5 trill more in nation debt...no work...can't afford to buy food or gas...say hello to 2017 and communism. Obama has got to go!
