I would vote for Jeb Bush.
The Progressives win when Conservatives stay home because the Republican candidate isn't "conservative enough."
The Dems will vote for ANYBODY who is more liberal than the other candidate. That's how we keep having "creeping Socialism" in this country.
If you're going to stay home because you don't like the Republican, you're voting for the Democrat. Just look at 2012.
Hold your nose if you have to, but vote for the most conservative, gun-loving candidate you can find.

seriously? follow your thought to it's logical conclusion. take an honest assessment of Jeb Bush and tell me he's a conservative. you're blaming republicans staying home as the reason why we have this socialism creep in the US and that's just ridiculous. The last time the republicans put up a true conservative it was Ronald Reagan. From what I've heard and read (too young to know first hand), not many gave him a shot at winning since he was too conservative to win a general election. Didn't he win every state but Minnesota? Jeb Bush as a republican President does nothing NOTHING to stop socialism creep in the US. It just creeps it further along. That's what you'd be voting for so your "team" can win.

Stop blaming the voters for not wanting to give their vote to someone who doesn't represent them or hold their values. Blame those who actually deserve it. If the GOP would put up another Reagan, who was far from perfect, they would get those stay at home votes and quite possibly mine.

To be honest, I agree with you that JB is no more a conservative than GWB was but I also have to recognize that however much I dislike the fact, the election will be won by either whoever has the R at the end of their name or whoever has the D at the end of theirs. With that premise, and the further knowledge that libs will vote for whoever is the more liberal of the two, sticking to the principle of voting only for a "real" conservative and in the absence of one, not voting or, sadly, voting 3rd party only means that they will have more votes tallied and their candidate, the more liberal one, will take office. It's not about the 3rd party "stealing" the GOP candidate's rightful votes, it's just that they will have more, if we continue to vote principle. It is my hope that leadership will see the less liberal candidate winning and maybe start putting more conservative candidates up for us to choose.

I also think that the current system is set up like you do with a three year old: do you want to wear your red shirt or your blue shirt today? If the child says "white" or "none", you remind them that their choice was either red or blue, nothing else.
(And yes, realistically, you might let them wear the white, but you follow my meaning)

    Blessings,
    Bill

    Could be anywhere
The real commentary from that photo would be "look, I'm doing all I can, 18T in debt and I still can't get you to lay off NATO before the election?"

Ok. I'm certain in hand on hand combat Obama would probably get wooped by Putin but the photo and title are still hilarious.

I am confused.Which one is supposed to be the communist?
Vladimir Putin - Still Not a Communist - Forbes

In March 2008, Barack Obama sent a message of support to the Communist Party USA controlled Cesar E. Chavez National Holiday organization.

April 1, 2008 Washington DC--Evelina Alarcon, Executive Director of Cesar E. Chavez National Holiday welcomed the backing for a Cesar Chavez national holiday from Presidential candidate Senator Barack Obama who issued a statement on Cesar Chavez’s birthday Monday, March 31, 2008. “We at Cesar E. Chavez National Holiday appreciate the backing of a national holiday for Cesar Chavez from presidential candidate Senator Barack Obama. That support is crucial because it takes the signature of a President to establish the holiday along with the Congress’s approval,” stated Evelina Alarcon. “It is also encouraging that Senator Hillary Clinton who is a great admirer of Cesar Chavez acknowledged him on his birthday. We hope that she too will soon state her support for a Cesar Chavez national holiday.”
Alarcon’s remarks were part of a statement made at a press conference at our nation’s Capitol on April 1st called by Chair of the Hispanic Congressional Caucus Rep. Joe Baca (D-CA) in support of HR 76, a resolution he authored with 62 Co-Sponsors that encourages the establishment of a Cesar Chavez national holiday by the Congress[SUP][17][/SUP].
Barack Obama’s statement for a Cesar Chavez national holiday:
"Chavez left a legacy as an educator, environmentalist, and a civil rights leader. And his cause lives on. As farmworkers and laborers across America continue to struggle for fair treatment and fair wages, we find strength in what Cesar Chavez accomplished so many years ago. And we should honor him for what he's taught us about making America a stronger, more just, and more prosperous nation. That's why I support the call to make Cesar Chavez's birthday a national holiday. It's time to recognize the contributions of this American icon to the ongoing efforts to perfect our union." Senator Barack Obama March 31, 2008.
