I would vote for Jeb Bush.
The Progressives win when Conservatives stay home because the Republican candidate isn't "conservative enough."
The Dems will vote for ANYBODY who is more liberal than the other candidate. That's how we keep having "creeping Socialism" in this country.
If you're going to stay home because you don't like the Republican, you're voting for the Democrat. Just look at 2012.
Hold your nose if you have to, but vote for the most conservative, gun-loving candidate you can find.

I'm tired of watching the leftist media tell conservatives how to vote.
This one is too extreme; that one isn't a true conservative; the other one's third cousin of his uncle's gardener knew a klansman, so he's a racist.
I'm voting for the most conservative candidate who can win.

    Where's the bacon?
You and 10 of your closest friends... :D

Show me a libertarian candidate that has better than 50% name recognition, decent funding, and any legitimate hope of winning and I'll join you.

Show me people more interested in the proper governance of the country and in limited government than being able to say they voted for the guy who won, and I'll show you a libertarian with a legitimate hope of winning, decent funding, and better than 50% name recognition.

Ahhh....the chicken and egg conundrum. I am of the belief that should the "right" person come along that can espouse the those beliefs in manners not normally seen from Libertarian Party candidates, they might be able to gain traction. Sadly though, most of them come across as kooks or just plain unlikable. Yeah, the party stalwarts will vote for them no matter their kookiness because they believe in a cause. The trick is to present your positions in such a manner as to attract voters. This blaming 1% loss after 1% loss on the stupid voters is going nowhere but towards another 1% loss. IMHO.

Dow ... companies are not hiring, making due with less.
Unemployment ... people working 2 crappy jobs.
GDP ... calculation method changed (if I remember a news article right)
Deficit ... cause a ssequestration forced lower spending
    Consumer Confidence ... WTF?

Much easier answer, Actaeon, courtesy of Mark Twain, IIRC: There are lies, da*n lies, and statistics.

In my estimation, the above image is all three.

    That is all.

GDP calculations changed, unemployment statistics fail to capture those who have dropped out of the labor force(labor participation rate).Deficit as a percentage also fails to mention most of the savings are from the FED holding interest rates at 0 reducing our interest expense from 14% of the total federal budget to just 7% this year, when rates go up(if)that will change.

How about mentioning the main driver of the DOW,the FED and foreign central banks buying? This fact was confirmed by congress on 12/31/2014,and by the CME group on 8/30/2014(The CME even gives discounts to central banks and the FED for trades).
Congressman Confirms Foreign Central Banks Buying US Stock Futures Is Good For Liquidity | Zero Hedge
Central banks get discounts for trading EVERYTHING through CME Group and Comex | Gold Anti-Trust Action Committee

Add to all that the INSANE printing going on.QE may have ended but that has not stopped the FED printing. No the FED has been printing even more than during QE,and doing foreign currency swaps(mainly Yen and Euro's).Why? Because legally the FED can not buy stocks,BUT they can "invest" foreign reserves(ie buy stocks).Of course thanks to our congress critters we do not know how much they are "swapping" for 2-4 years depending on which program they use.It should be telling though that in 2008 alone they did over 12 trillion in swaps(plus 4 trillion in loans).
