Good morning y’all! Spent the day yesterday doing doctor appointments for the lost cause that is my fused lumbar vertebrae. But today I’m getting ready for a trip tomorrow to Yosemite National Park and surrounding areas. Looking forward to visiting another national park and sightseeing while trying to ignore the constant pain in my low back!
PS: If a doctor tells you that he needs to fuse vertebrae in your low back, run for the hills and do not go down that rabbit hole!
