by the way, I look at HOA's as if they are just another level of government, I feel we need less of, not more
    Agreed.
As some note, if we move there, that act alone binds us until we can change it.
    Now the lefty part.
Ever found how difficult it is to get the HOA material before you commit?

I managed, but only after threatening to back out.

    EDIT for clarity:
We could not back out. We bought this house at online auction and never regretted it for a second. Prayed for it to happen, even.
I was bluffing, but that is what it toook for the agent to come clean.

Just spent an hour jazzing in the parking lot, while Daughter dropped a couple of Bennies on stuff.
Goofing with my cell game, watching the FFF. (funny fat folks)
Got by with no familiars approaching this time around.

Highlight was this huge bag of black cherries she found, bought two. I instantly grabbed (hands aren't small) a handful, popped one in the hatch.

Theoretically at this point in time, there may be a black cherry pie soon.

Made an SOS thing for dinner. I know some have fancy names for stuff to eat, but I was raised rough. SOS is delicious!

Thick sliced toast (the shingle), mashed potatoes, last of the pork BBQ, some pico de gallo I just rattled together. Some crumbly cheese.

Enough for all three of us.
Wife is in Carmel about now, picking up med things.
Sounds easy, right, but she has some early AM shipments from med labs places packed in dry ice. Those are not light.
Lord only knows what is inside.
