Unfortunately, abused dogs can be unpredictable. Some forgive and recover but some don't.

Our newest pup (1YO) has an unknown history, found in twn, no one ever claimed her. She is not very friendly to strangers and keeps odd hrs but she fits our home perfectly. Sometimes we feel she may have been abused....

one of our best dogs was found running loose in Flint Mi.
Once she realized she had a home for good she she became very protective of it, she knew who belonged and who didn't.
The boys were teenagers then and would drag all sorts of other boys home, she always knew the good from the bad.

Worked on tax s**t for us and son’s estate. Spent several hours trying to deal with about a dozen missing 1099’s and W-2. Beep, leave a message most of them and no return calls. Had it, went out to pick up poop. Saw some water movement. About 4:30 found a spot to relax

First gill of ‘24.

First 6 keepers landed. Biggest 9”. Ton of small ones.
