Saw a photo you posted a day or so ago. A Mossburg 22lr. Had a Mannlicher stock and load from the rear side of butt stock. IIRC the tube mag was in the butt cap.

Looks just like a 22 I grew up with. Late 50’s early 60’s. But I don’t remember the large front barrel band.

Wish I still had it. Think dad traded it or something.

Yep. That's my 151M-C. Love the old Mossbergs.

Have to take Callie to the vet tomorrow for her shots and to get chipped. :spend: She's been wanting to go outside but we haven't wanted to let her out until she's chipped and it's warm enough that we can go out with her to see how she does. She did manage to sneak out once when Susan let Ruthie out and she just hung out on the deck, so I think she'll be fine as an indoor/outdoor cat. Our other cats never wandered.

Ughhh! Another morning of physical therapy. Ouch! It hurts even more during and after therapy. This aging stuff is serious. Notwithstanding, I hope to rescue the day in my garage- man cave- reloading cave doing some fun stuff! :ingo:
