And from now on, I'm gonna make sure that the "men working above" are ACTUALLY done with their job. And not "think" they are done with their job.

Took a brick to the back.

Thanks. After reading though it though, I don't think I want to bring it up again. That post went on and on and on and, well you get the idea.

Yeah, I was surprised it went as long as it did. Seemed like a straightforward question, that likely has a straightforward answer.....but I guess that's how it goes.

Watch for flying bricks out there

I see above 30's and get excited too, but probably not for the same reason. Now I can pick up all the dog poo that has been frozen to the ground for weeks.

2nd thermal mug of coffee now. Wonderful stuff. The nectar of life itself.

Going to get moving a bit faster, plan to be out of here in an hour then go up to our townhouse in Munster to paint some walls. Bought it to flip it for some cash. I want to finish painting the master suite and start one of the walls in the living room that will use the same color paint. Shouldn't take too long.

Then off to the cigar lounge to relax!

Speaking of coffee, what is everyone's favorite coffee. Mines caribou daybreak.
Honestly not sure I have a favorite. I know what I don't like. Anything that is DARK ROAST.

BTW the accident on 45th and Indianapolis Blvd yesterday morning was due to drag racing.
Two cars were racing each other and one lost control and was car was split in 1/2 as it stuck the electrical pole which in turn killed power to the surrounding area. No word on the driver of the car. I take it s/he lost that race. :)

We spend a lot of time in Europe and the first week you are there you sip the coffee because its so black and bitter, by the second week you are used to it and can order up straight espresso, but sticking with Espresso + hot water = "Americano" is a safe option. By week 3 or 4 over there its all good . . . and then you come home and the coffee here is so much lighter and easier to drink and you wonder WTF is the matter with the Europeans!

I'm thinking I may take some instant coffee with me this summer and just make my own. No need to go through the grief of learning to drink their stuff.

SOUTH OF 30: Bubba can drive. Running 'shine teaches bubba how to drive!

And this is why there are no urban youths driving in NASCAR!

You don't like coffee. I'm guessing you like pink lemonade and pink strawberry milk.

<RANT> So I had a dream last night that my work phone was ringing (I'm on call) and I woke up spazzed out thinking it really was ringing. So after 5 minutes of trying to figure out where I left it, I finally found it. It hadn't been ringing. I headed back to bed, only to look at the clock and see that the alarm was going to go off in 15 minutes. grr! </rant>
    stupid work.

My grandparents use to fix espresso so thick you could spoon it out and I didn't like that.... I do like a good watered down cup of espresso though. As far as the run of the mill acidic coffee's Hills Brothers columbian is pretty good and I do like Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds Blends if I'm stuck getting a cup on the road.. The very best I think is Whole bean Hawaian Kona. The flavor and consistency etc... is top of the line. This blend is just Colombian bean grown in a lava rock bed though...
