80/94 is not moving Eastbound. Westbound traffic moving very slow.

Seems like it's all centered in Griffith an Hammond. Or I guess we can say, it's staying north of 30.

Thought you said you just traded all your new guns and didn't owe anything and now you say you have layaway payments.
