yes the better tool next time is to call triple A and let them deal with it.

The problem is, a lot of the time you need them, so does everyone else. So the take an hour and a half to get to you.
Go to the hardware store. A pair of work gloves and a white coverall, buy them and put in trunk next to tire changing tool.

There is no AAA when the SHTF.

Also, add a half inch breaker bar with appropriate socket.
And a good T wrench (or cross).
And hubcap remover or screwdriver.
Emergency 12 vdc compressor.
Assorted fuses.

We're finally home. House is fine, 1 tree down in the woods.

I stopped at a cigar shop in Avon and picked up a Drew Estate undercrown cigar along with a few others I gave to brother in law for watching our kid for the weekend.

Glad to finally be home, even better with a good cigar and a glass of cask strength single barrel bourbon.

I love Indiana. Florida is a state full of people of Walmart.
