You can write the 3 credit bureaus and ask for 1 free copy a year. I usually space them out, 1 every 4 months from an individual agency. I think it's better than 3 all at once.
I'm at work, so it's a bit difficult to look things up.
Try looking up equifax and experian. At , least I think those were 2 of them. And I think the third started with "Trans" something or other.

You might be able to request it online. I would do it from THEIR website. I don't trust other sites with personal info.
