Also, I'm carrying a voice recorder at work now. My coworker constantly insults me and acts like I'm in the wrong when I boil over and flip out on him. I dunno if it will save my job if it gets to that point since the bosses are on his dick because he's so good at putting boxes on a cart, but I think it might help if they were to try to deny unemployment. This is just CYA at the moment since I'm pretty sure he won't actually do anything given his problems with his previous partner.

It was NOT technically the Supreme Court that ruled on this. They just did not bother to listen to the case as such the ruling by the appeals court for our district (IN,IL) ruling stands.
