If you can free up a hour around noon come on by.Sounds like fun Lone. We have my wife's extended family Xmas. Would rather be doing gun stuff....
I was thinking the same thing. Take a building with a truss roof (like a car dealer or warehouse) knock down two walls against one wall is the firing line and against the other is the backstop. You could have IR heaters over the firing ling in the winter and it would be protected from rain during the summer. It's not inside, so no need for expensive filters and ventilation systems. The American Museum of Military Vehicles was looking at that old chevy dealership... but not enough money to pull it off... The only way to get around the bull crap for a range would be to wall a outdoor range in. Open air would negate any air filtering requirements.
Last bump.I'm think of get a few guys together for a dry fire session Sunday afternoon, anybody game?
It would be at my place in Hobart. We will do this in my garage, I think I can do up to six people. Bring your EDC and wear the clothes that you would wear outside in the wintertime.
PM me if you are interested.
More overtime for act.
Bulletsmith, The R8 is pretty cool..... If you need to try one just let me know...
