    No one is personally responsible anymore. It's the culture.

    One way to change culture is to prosecute criminals according to the law, especially when the culture you want wrote those laws.

    Is that national stat right?

    Glock switches used. He wants state laws for using them. 10 years if caught with one, 25 years if used in a shooting, life if a victim dies.
