No but now a days them ****** have all sort of tools to help them "catch" upgrades.
Google maps - satellite views or street view or
could have been an ***** neighbor as well or
just the ****** county person driving by and noticed it

theres no doubt google images changed and you can see my fence now, but like I said, that should of technically been last years, maybe they missed it

do i have to file my homestead every year?

anybodys water so hard here that you have to take apart the shower valve and clean it often cause it gets stuck on hot/cold?

Mine is so hard the pressure valve switch from the well clogged up so badly it was throwing off the cycling of the well.

You should only have to do the homestead paperwork if it is a first time buy or any year you refinance.

It's a good thing I kept the old cartridge cause all I have to do it Crack it open and swap valves. It's crazy how stuck this thing gets. It seems to only be coming from my hot side. So I bet my water heater is just pure muck...

After the kitchen and bedroom remodel are done im doing a softener with tank less heater

Hard water is a fact of life with a well in Lake County. That and Iron...

As for your taxes. Take a look at the bottom line. I noticed on mine that some taxes went up, and some exemptions went up as well. Did your tax owed go up as well? Also I believe that the term improvements can mean anything from a driveway to a building. At one point I was told that a permanently installed basketball hoop counted (not verified).

Even if you added an improvement and it was not noticed the year you installed it, it gets added the year they notice it. Be happy they don't charge retroactively.

When I had well water, it was very hard.
Had to replace or fix stuff all the time.

I live in Demotte was wondering if anyone in here has used a ffl in the area to transfer a firearm from online lately? I try to buy locally most of the time but found a decent deal on something. Looking fo r someone that's easy to deal with and on my way home from work, travel from east Chicago to Demotte most days.

I know there are a few ffls in Demotte, but I've never used them personally. Eds work clothes in lake village is within sight of my house and is a piece of cake. $20 for a transfer
