My daughter and I were working up a little experiment.
We took some rice cakes, slathered them in olive oil, baked them until starting to brown.
Pulled them out of the oven and squished them down some.

Then piled them up with pizza sauce, sausage, mozzarella, pepperoni, sliced veggies and baked them a while longer.

Little personal size, individual pizza creations were fabulous. A new area for us in which we will continue to experiment.

Slept in and took a nap today.
Late lunch, snacked on a salad this evening and now eaiting for dinner to be done, 50 minutes left.

Porkchops, bone in, in cream of mushroom.

Aj requested french fries.

Found 2 lifeproof cases for a Samsung S10 while cleaning out a closet drawer. No clue where they came from. Free to a good home if anyone needs em.
