For the cost of the Sharps, I could get the other 3 rifles. Ammo cost would keep me from shooting it a lot.

The M1A is nice, and I already have 2 rifles in .308.
The M1 is nice, and history. But would be my first .30-06.
And I've always wanted a lever. .357 would go nice with the two .357 revolvers.

This is prolly a noob question, but what is so special about a Shiloh Sharps rifle?

Actaeon, I love my levers in 357 magnum and 35 Remington.... Hope to add one in 45/70 sometime down the line....

That M1A is awesome and on the list of must haves....

but that HEMTT is going to crush those zombies in their tracks and carry everything including the kitchen sink inside sooooooo.....

I think South County Guns has a M1A Precision in stock....

There are some good deals to be had if you watch expiration dates. I bought a buttload of beef jerky and slim jims that were a month from expiration and put them in the freezer.

Quality rifle.
Mostly just historical, and cool. If I ever get started on black powder, I'd want to buy a Whitworth.
