Every other day! It took from march 4 until beginning of August to transfer dealer to dealer

I figured out why I thought my $5.00 AOW check from November didn't clear. It came across as "ATF ACH" - so it looks like they did an electronic transfer versus a normal old-fashioned deposit.

they will ask your name and serial number so have it ready....when approved it can take up to and sometimes over a week to reach your dealer too.

On nfatracker, I'm seeing some recent approvals when the paperwork was sent from early to mid august. Hope that means less than 30 days on my forms 1 and 4!

Mine went Pending September 7th (check cashed Aug 28th), so I am hoping to get mine back soon. When did you go pending?

Problem status for me. I got hit with that same Chief of Police name & title thing on my SBR form. I'm sure the silencer form got kicked back too.

Problem status as of today for my M10A1 Something on the paperwork was done wrong, so they have to send it back to the person i am buying it from. Hopefully it is something he can fix and get sent right back out.

The good news is that problem status means you are less than a couple weeks away. Once all the problems are fixed, send it back in and I had mine back within a week!

Had the same thing happen with mine, sometimes your can give them the info over the phone but fret no more after your info gets squared away you will be on top of the list.

They are sending the paperwork back to the seller, not me, luckily he seems like a stand up guy, so hopefully in the next week or so.

The silencer Form 4 won. Form 4 = problem due to needing "Paul R. Ciesielski - Chief of Police" printed out when the form is signed by a delegate. I also had to enter the stripped lower model # & myself listed as the maker. Doh!

Odd that both forms get sent to separate locations but both ended up with Nickie Dudash.
