Went to Hendricks Co Sheriff for CLEO sig on 2/14. He was out so I left forms. Got a call at 8:30 am the next day letting me know that I could pick them up.

Check cashed only 7 days after being put in snail mail post box. Government must be broke. I have held onto Grandma Bday checks longer than that.

It absolutely is. However, my wife pointed out after 2 years of wanting a .22 can that I could have had 4 by then... I made my first purchase, I don't even remember waiting now, just having it since then. 2 stamps in the works now, 4 months in, but I just don't think about it. Eases the pain.
