Hmmm who could you be referring to?
I think somebody misses on purpose because he likes hearing his name called
Hmmm who could you be referring to?
The point is, who cares if you suck and who cares if you are the best? Only you. Do it because it's fun and you like doing it. If it's not fun for you for whatever reason, don't do it.
nobody wants to drop that much cash into a gun and learn that they cant compete when you can still play softball with a old bat and glove
eh, as a coach and father of kids who play baseball/softball... that bat analogy doesn't work these days
DeMarini and Nike bats run 300-400 a pop... and I've got four kids...
The great thing about USPSA is they have classes, so fat/cripple guys like me can compete against somebody.... like BWFRAME
HOW dare you use cheap and GLOCK in the same sentence. (Blasphamy)I shoot cheap Glock in Production and Limited. Had an STI Spartan for Single Stack and ended up getting great deal on a Wilson, but I don't shoot any better with it.
That's one thing I love about USPSA, any age/ability/equipment has a place.
HOW dare you use cheap and GLOCK in the same sentence. (Blasphamy)
You of all people shame shame on you!!!!!
Thank youMy bad, how about "inexpensive, quality, striker-fired polymer firearm"?
I made it a point this season to squad with people I didn't know... now I know probably 50 other shooters and learned a lot.
Guys with a glock are not competing against the Open and Limited guns unless they want to do so.
Show up with a positive attitude and you will find a new lifestyle full of friends you only dream of.
I always tell first timers that no one will ever remember how well they shot their first match, but their mindfullness of safety and their attitude towards others will be remembered for years.

Part of what needs to be gotten across is that it is the Indian not the arrow.
sorry,,,but its the arrow...
if you try highpower without a floating barrel--match chamber--1:7 twist--bull barrel--no chrome lining--micro click sight sight--perfect handloads--two stage trigger,,,sorry,,,but you wont get as close to the x as the guy who has all that...
thats just the way it is...

not while you are moving, reloading on the move and shooting a texas star.
If you really feel that way, then you will most likely never give the shooting sports a try.
your loss.
Josh Ward said:Dude, I'm sick of listening to you argue with every damn post on here. If you don't want to play the games, then don't. But quit pissing in everying single person whos posted here cheerios. Quit trying to drive those who are looking and watching this thread, and trying to decide if they would like to test the shooting sports water away.
Coach is right on, the "indian" is MUCH more important than the "arrow"
Give a rookie a $5000 race gun and give Coach or Jake or Max a bone stock glock, M&P, XD, whatever, guess who wins?? Same can be said of your bull crap hi-power example. Give a rank amature a custom hi end rifle and give a master a stock Rem 700, guess who wins.....
