What about the conduct of not telling your client that an offer to meet at a place of her convenience was on the table?

I’m not certain that happened. But it sounds like that happened, according to Ford’s testimony. It doesn’t sound like there would be many plausible explanations for her testifying that her attorneys never told her about the offer. Maybe the dog ate the letter from the attorneys. Or maybe Ford lied about that. Or maybe Ford wasn’t the “real” client.

Anyway, that doesn’t seem to me that it’s very good conduct.
