Libs are starting to turn on their superstar porn lawyer Avenatti blaming him for screwing up the works by going over the top with his client’s outlandish allegations.

They will probably just kick Feinstein off the committee, if that is a thing.
On the one hand, it may be unfortunate that it takes a vote by 2/3 of the members of the House or Senate to expel a member.

On the other hand, it’s fortunate that in cases of impeachment, “ . . . no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members (of the Senate) present.”

I think that Moronic Maxine, Crazy Mazie, Schmucky Chucky, and their ilk really believe that if the House swings Democrat this election, the mere fact that the House might vote out Articles of Impeachment against Trump, Kavanaugh, or anyone else daring to oppose the Democrat Party Line will in itself remove the accused from their office without trial by the Senate. Certainly a large proportion of their followers in Soros-Land and Hollywoodland appear to believe this.

I decided to go to the Fall Festival in Evansville instead of watching this mess. Fortunate coincidence, I was at the GOP booth getting a grilled tenderloin and got to talk with Congressman Bouchon. Someone interupted us to say K had won the confirmation vote. I smiled and said "carry on with the people's business sir". Walked away a happy man.

I was a bit surprised by Shumer's remarks of "Get out to vote if you want to change this". Paraphrasing.
I'm glad it was a mature way to approach their loss.
Maybe they're seeing that not all liberals are bat **** crazy and are harder to work into a frenzy.

Maybe malpractice maybe not....the bar seldom cares. What they do care about is violations of the rules of professional conduct.

Is it not a rule of professional conduct, that you as a lawyer have to inform your client of offers from the other side or the court and have them make the final decision?

If the lawyers are charged with not telling her of the offer to do the interview in private in California, will they throw her under the bus and say they did tell her? Would that admission/charge violate client lawyer privilege and be grounds to be disbarred?

I an really asking for answers. If I have worded this incorrectly please give me some leeway as IANAL.

It may well have been that the client was Dianne Feinstein or the Democratic National Committee. In that case, notifying Dr. Ford would not have been in the best interest of the client. DiFi and the Dems never wanted resolution, only innuendo and delay.
