    Today's workout was awful. Took me 26 mins 10 seconds and I did jump rope jump overs instead of the 10" PVC pipes round 2-5. I did 10 double unders instead of 20 and 25, basically single-single-double until i got 10

    10 Burpees
    5 Rounds

    then I did a 365# deadlift. Proud of that one! :):
    Woof, that looks tough! Nice work on the deadlift Doc!

    Best workout yet this year last night - 40-50 min of trail riding on the mountain bike for our Endurance workout. Man that was fun. Even with a busted knee, I am in so much better shape than the last time I rode trail (6+ years ago).

    Docs workout inspired me. I did the beyond rxd version with 25 double unders, 25 lateral jumps, and 30 double unders. Time was 19:36 but I am dying.

    Nicely done! It was not pleasant in any way. Especially with a gut getting in the way on burpees :):

    a girl in our gym did that in 10:31. Unreal

    that is crazy. I couldn't breathe by the end. My lateral jumps may have been slightly lower than the prescribed height. Had to use what I had on hand.

    We usually do 24" for guys and 20" for girls. Depending on what we are doing and how tired I am I'm a kick it down to 20 inches. The coach had us step up, spin around and step down backwards on the other side. Supposedly much more stable when you are weighted.

    That is going to suck with weights. 25lb dumbbells will get heavy real fast.

    I did 5 rounds total in 12 mins. Holding a 35# KB each hand for 1.5 rounds then dropped to 26# for last 3.5 rounds. Ugh.

    we did jumping lunges, did not hold weight for those

    That workout was perfect for today as I had a very short amount of time to squeeze on in. Made it through 6 full rounds and stopped after 6 step ups in the 7th round. I used 30 pound Dumbbells and an 18" box.

    Just about died Saturday. A friend found a 9/11 memorial workout and it was a good one. Had to modify quite a bit, but still got it done.

    The 9/11 WOD - 1 Round
    2001m row
    11 box jumps @ 30" (I did step-ups)
    11 thrusters @ 125 lbs, for 125 deaths at the Pentagon (I did mason twists w/ 45lb plate)
    11 burpee chest-to-bar pull-ups
    11 power cleans @ 175 lbs, for AA Flight #175 that hit the South Tower (I did slam balls w/ a 30lb d-ball)
    11 handstand push-ups
    11 kettlebell swings 70lb
    11 toe-to-bar
    11 deadlifts @ 77kg(170 lbs), for Flight #77
    11 push jerks @ 110 lbs, for 110 floors in each tower (I did ring dips)
