My son says "buy a work truck". But even a Chevy work truck starts at $36,800 MSRP. They could do a hell of a lot better.

The proper answer is to just ignore Commiefornia.

California's emissions regime should be treated as an unconstitutional restraint of trade (along with their animal husbandry BS) and declared unconstitutional under the Commerce Clause. That would actually be consistent with the original intent, as the California laws act as tariffs on other States by reducing availability and increasing costs of goods thereby interfering in the markets of other States.

They are screwing up the trucking industry too with additional rules and regulations that affect much more than just their own state.

Like, why do they need spy **** in vehicles? My truck has a cellular device that transmits data about the truck and my location and who knows what else.

By the video, I think it's the difference in size and space with a Ram vs anything in Europe. Nothing to do with low or high end.

Rams can get pricey, but I have never thought "high end" about anything that says Mopar on it.
