    Live fire tonight.
    With the Limited gun:

3 yard draws from hand at sides.
    3 yard draws from Surrender.
    Near to far
    Transitions from 25 yards
    50 accuracy
Absorbing the draw at 15 yards.

Approx 235 rounds fired. Some were lead bullets I was given. Lead sure is smokey.

With the carry gun from concealment:
    3 yard draws
    7 yard draws
    3x2
    One hole drill
    Weak hand draws

    about 90 rounds fired.

    It got dark on me.

The timer says I am making some progress on Bill Drills. I have been trying to focus on gripping harder with the weak hand and relaxing the right hand. Seems to be helping.

I suspected my draw was getting lazy so I went back to the basics a couple of sessions ago.
I'm back to chasing a .7 to a sight picture.
That's where I was last winter and about as good as I ever get.
I'm going to start working the other stuff back in

I will be interested in knowing how your USPSA classification percentages are changing with the intense dry practice.

I am going to shoot Production at the Parabellum special classifier to try and improve my classification. I am not sure if I will use my carry gun or not yet. My Limited classification is not going to move. I can predict that for certain. Classification is not my goal. I want to be more competitive at Nationals. I have not had enough live fire matches to do that is my assessment. But I am trying to fix that between now and Nationals. Trying to do the best I can with the time I have available.

I asked because it seems like so many of the stand-and-shoot classifiers require specifically the skills most people drill in dry practice. I'm curious how that will go.

What I'd be interested in seeing isn't necessarily how the best six of eight moves, but more how the scores do on individual classifiers. I would expect that someone who got to their class by heroing six classifiers, but did poorly on all of the others would be more consistent on all of their classifier scores after some intense dry practice. Then I would expect to see most of their classifiers to score about the same percentage as their classification percentage.
