IS it well-deserved? You know for a fact that he's the shooter? I hope you're never on my jury.

Considering some of his victims survived and can positively identify him as the shooter, I'd say that's fact enough. Plus, if he wasn't the shooter he'd turn himself in rather than possibly die in a hail of gunfire.

Yeah, but you know how the media can ruin a situation, just like in military operations. I believe there will be a lot of retraining in tactical operations for a lot of departments, especially after this entire fiasco.
Indeed. I have more use for TP then any form of media...

I wonder if drones are hauling ass to the location?

Guaranteed. The FAA declaring a no-fly zone in the area. I get that they don't want the media displaying the situation, so don't shoot back with that, but something just smells about this. I can just see the headlines:

"Dorner blows up cabin in fiery last stand"

Translation: We took him out with a drone.

Could they at least give a description of the car so anyone within a 100 mile radius can get out of their cars that look even remotely similar?

    This^^

That's just what I picked up on the scanner.
:dunno: I was watching the chopper feed and didn't see any sign of SWAT yet and when I posted they were in route is when my friend called me and told me they just left. What sort of time delay there was between those actions IDK
