This is from November of 2018, but I just ran across it and don't see it posted already:

Two people went to a home at 6 a.m., started banging on front, rear, and garage doors.

Mom got her gun and called 911. The invaders returned to the front door and kept knocking.

Mom shouted at them from within that she was armed and they should leave, but instead one of them kicked in the front door.

She fired on round striking the invader in the right arm. He and his accomplice fled but were later arrested by the police.

19 yo driver sitting in his car with door open while gassing up at 1:30am. Woman approaches and is said to have attempted to distract him while male partner with a knife sneaks up on the driver. Doesn't work: driver notices guy with knife, shoots and kills him. Woman flees. Driver calls cops. Cops find woman, jail her with charge of felony murder and armed robbery. Investigation continues.

If you search on "Viviana Aldrete" she has previous dealings with the law enforcement authorities.

Legally armed citizen walks into 7-11 in midst of a robbery. One dead robber, one hospitalized robber, one jailed robber. No innocent citizens were harmed in the making of this incident.
