They say it's okay but I don't do much until I either buy an extended firing pin or use a snap cap or a rubber washer.

And, on top of being easy on the eyes it freaking rocks.

It does. When BA bought my Rami, he let me check that one out. I've been trying to bring mine up to that level and am almost there internally on my Compact, but am just lacking the hammer. I need to get it looking as good externally as it works internally. I even cut a set of Hogue grips to match what was done with his.

You 2 can meet up here in Indy and go to MCF&G as my guests. Cuts the driving for both and I get to go shooting.

Hey, let me know when you guys set this up. I'm a member of MCF&G as well and would love to tag along. I can bring along a bit of CZickness in the form of my compact and a couple pre-Bs to add to the mix.

I am being pushed into completing the router table I started. I want a set of custom grips for the 97 and I can not find any.
I have some skills. I figure if I buy a large piece of wood I can with practice and failures get at least 1 good set out of it.....:)

I used to run a stretched set of Hogues on 97B. They are a tight fit and you might need a hairdryer to get it that last little bit. But, once on there, they feel great.
