I have a strong suspicion that most of rank and file Indiana Republicans would support such a move. If they mobilized themselves, they could hold their elected officials accountable. Is this a bad idea or something?

Indiana tried via statute, it is currently enjoined by a federal court from doing so. There is a way they could enter into some sort of joint agreement ala Sherriff Joe, but have not to date.

Agreed... I cannot stand this deciding to not enforce because people feel like it. Then there is no impetus to either change/repeal, etc the law or lean into enforcing it. Just seems a bit ridiculous and places those that make these decisions above the law. It is not that I am all for more laws, etc, but either enforce or change/repeal via the process.

Deport them all(Illegals), make the penalty for reentry so severe that only the dumb, or Democrats, will risk it. Yes, broad brush, ALL OF THEM!
