Why couldn't they? The reality is that we're talking about blowing in a call when a name pops on a system.

I have a strong suspicion that most of rank and file Indiana Republicans would support such a move. If they mobilized themselves, they could hold their elected officials accountable. Is this a bad idea or something?

We are no longer a nation of laws. We have become a nation of emotions. We no longer enforce our laws because feelings. This is not going to end well.

Agreed... I cannot stand this deciding to not enforce because people feel like it. Then there is no impetus to either change/repeal, etc the law or lean into enforcing it. Just seems a bit ridiculous and places those that make these decisions above the law. It is not that I am all for more laws, etc, but either enforce or change/repeal via the process.

So we can have state preemption for gun laws, but not for tolerating criminal aliens? Who does this court think it is, anyway? Sounds like another judge that needs to face impeachment.

TRUTH, but in speaking the truth, you've tweaked my feelometer to the triggered side, now I has to find a safe space! I can has a safe space still, can't I?

In seriousness, two men are dead because of lax immigration enforcement, or denial to enforce immigration law. This is ****ed up! Deport them all(Illegals), make the penalty for reentry so severe that only the dumb, or Democrats, will risk it. Yes, broad brush, ALL OF THEM! Mexico, Costa Rica, Belize, ALL of them have strict requirements to live there, they don't **** about with it, why should we?

I've got a liberal socialistic cousin - everything with him is about his "feelz". Never hear him say anything aobut thinking or other cognitive activity.

Rest in peace, Edwin Jackson and Jeff Monroe.

Two people, doing the right thing (calling a sober driver, being a sober driver available to call), still victimized by a multiple-level scofflaw.
