    Link? What about driving?

Go to the bottom of the page.
    Ohio Concealed Carry Permit Information
Carry inside a car is not allowed, unless you have a permit/license recognized by Ohio. Also, Ohio considers a loaded magazine to = a loaded gun, so unfortunately one must unload a magazine/speedloader when crossing Ohio without a recognized permit/license. You can open carry a loaded firearm without a permit/license, but not while driving.

Ok, perhaps there is a use in this thread. I have been searching and coming up empty until now.

OP, are you clean in the legal sense? No priors?
OP, are you an upstanding member of the community?
OP, do you clean up well and look good in a suit?

If so, then maybe you could become a test case. You push the envelope, might as well do it for a good end rather than just getting people typing frantically on their keyboards.

The basic idea would be for you to be the legal case that would question the validity of the LTCH system. You'd get arrested for an LTCH violation in a controlled manner, defended with intent to change the system and either end up being hero or martyr for the community. The best version is to do this with a plan for best possible outcome like was done in the Heller case.

The question is, are the three questions above "Yes's?" and are you willing to work with a team to come up with and execute an intentional plan? If so, maybe there is use in this. If not, then let the chest beating and cries out outrage continue, at some point one will drown out the other.

It's not going to work. He already made all these incriminating postings. Who knows, he probably took pictures of himself MAKING these posts.

Besides, you're talking about civil disobedience, on which I posted earlier. That's not what he was doing last night.

This is an excellent idea. However, I think we need to work the feds first, rather than the other states. Let's test out on the post office.

Just because somebody is a "criminal" doesnt make them a bad person. Criminal meaning somebody who commits crimes, or somebody who does not follow all of the nanny state laws that they dont believe in.

Some laws are ok to break in my opinion.

You lose some of your moral purity by sneaking around when you do it. If you are wanting to make a statement to the world, you should have open carried back and forth in front of the police station.

    To the OP:

Your moral duty is to follow the law until it intrudes on your ability to provide the things necessary for life. You can steal food if you have exhausted every other legal means to provide food for yourself. You can trespass for hunting or shelter if you have exhausted all legal means to provide for yourself. You can carry a gun to defend yourself if the law provides no means for you to do so. Your trip into Ohio was not a life or death situation, therefor any moral or legal cause is without merit.

I am pretty sure it was Jack Ryan who said it in another thread and I'm paraphrasing...

If you're in a crowd and a guy won't shut up about something illegal then he is probably a plant to nab someone.

Or is this the newest manifestation of Keyser Soze? ;)

Well sorry for the anti's but most of the INGO crowd are law abiding citizens and/or arent dumb enough to admit to illegal activity on a public forum

Speaking of illegal, can someone please correct the spelling in the subject line? We're on page 16 already.
