Anything we've ever typed might just be used by a prosecutor to paint a picture of each and everyone of us.

exactly. it doesnt. at least any fair and impartial judge wouldnt listen to it as evidence.

But it does give you an idea of the hostility of the prosecution.

It doesn't and I don't see how it would be admissible unless LS testified to the contrary on direct examination. Hopefully LS's attorney objected to that coming in.

im sure the time change was no accident. since they were reading this thread and still probly are, Im sure they were terrified of him having support on his side of the isle. The city was wrong. I dont care if the judge ruled him guilty or not. this case should have been thrown out. no professional prosecutor would even try this case. **** carmel, i will boycot them over this whole incident.

I have not, however, had the pleasant opportunity to meet the officer in this case.

yep. you never want a judge to feel uncomfortable when he's putting that "rubber stamp" on things

if the judged ruled in Liberties favor here I will be shocked to be honest. Its just rare to see the govt rule against itself.

ive always been possitive of it and it hasnt affected anything i have ever or will ever post. i am sure that if the govt wants to screw you they will do it, even if that means making evidence up or twisting facts.
