C'mon man who is dense enough to believe the underground just goes above ground after decriminalization? I know of first hand incidents with "legal" growers in CA and CO not having "enough" so they continue on in the criminal underground and try to "legitimize" the illegal gains through the legal side of the business. Legal or not, drugs will ALWAYS fuel criminal pursuits.

If there’s still an underground market that means the above ground market is too restrictive. How big an issue is illegal moonshiners? Alcohol is regulated but not so much that there’s a large underground market.

Nothing on the video shows the daycare worker encouraging the kids to throw rocks at the one boy, but she does not seem in a hurry to stop it either. And the one who recorded it can get off her high horse. The fact that she reported it later does not excuse her from doing nothing to stop it!

"He said she then continued berating him about “how he needs to fire everyone, and how he’d better win or her and the kids would leave him and he would never see the kids again,” according to the police report."

Well. She better find a lunatic feminist judge then. She ain't getting GLOCK if she tries it with a sane judge. That ***** is crazy.

    It's an interesting issue.

Several cases have found that a person is still liable of murder even if the immediate cause of death was "pulling the plug" as long as the reason the person was on life support was due to the actions of the alleged murderer.

This is a step beyond. The impetus for the "assisted suicide" was (apparently), the attack.

I suppose this even got to a jury because the court found that she could be liable for the death even though the immediate cause was affirmative acts to cause the death (as opposed to "pulling the plug", which is passive).
