Sure that’s the appeal of Dr. Phil. You get to watch people whose lives are more f’d up, and everyone gets to ridicule them. Inwatched the video in the article. There was one point where she was complaining about something. Maybe it was the complaint about the prospect of getting the Mercedes C class instead of the car she wanted. Dr. Phil turned to the mom and said sarcastically, something like, “*****!”
seemed at least a little contrived. If she’s really as bad as portrayed, ridicule probably isn’t the best thing to help her gain a healthy perspective.
