What do you mean by "not exactly low profile"?
I'm curious as well. I find the Biobelt not only "low profile" as in it doesn't attract attention, but it's also physically "low profile".

Looks wise it is fine, but then It wouldn't matter as it is always concealed. When combined with the holster the buckle and keeper tend to stick out a ways. Remember, I have like a 32 inch waist so it may not be as noticeable for someone with a more successful life body.
Interesting.
My jeans range from 32-34 inches. And, depending on the jeans I'm wearing, my wilderness belt sticks out as well when I am carrying appendix.
I may just stick with my current belt.

you rock it with the buckle offset away from the gun? Mine is a lot less obvious that way. Of course I have other items that protrude no matter what I do, but such is life.
Thanks!
As far as the other issue, I'd have to lose quite a bit of the gut or be extremely 'happy' for that to be plausible.
Well, then any non floppy holster with a covered trigger guard should work using that criteria.Whichever one that doesn't lead to me blowing my right nut off
I carry using a Remora with sweat guard, it works , I have used several others but nothing is as easy to wear as the Remora. You can carry it in any inside waistband position and it is comfortable, If holstering, you need to remove the holster, that is the only issue with the Remora.
Bill...
