Yup. Was definitely my browser protecting me from the random videos that said nothing more than "somebody shooting over there..."

In my opinion, the most impactful thing that could be done to prevent future mass killers would be for the media to go to total blackouts of these killers names.
Stop printing their names, their manifestos, their sad back story, all of it. Stick to reporting on the incident, not the killer. Depriving them of the noteriety they seek would actually make an impact. Of course we know the media would never do it though.
Bumpfires RIP. Live press conference, shooter had 12 of them.
My mom listens to country because she likes the artists. Goes to concerts, too.
She hates guns, couldn't give less of a **** about politics.
This crossed my mind earlier. That's always a good go-to.All this talk of change, banning slide fire stocks, etc, and no talk of banning "high cap magazines?
Consider this:
-- Reported: 9 minutes of live fire. Lets speculate that number is accurate.
-- 9 minutes of .223 discharge in a 1000 sq ft room would certainly cause the smoke alarms to go off.
-- 10 minutes later Hotel employee gets to 23rd floor to investigate alarm and walks into line of sight of hallway camera.
-- Bad guy, fully charged on event sees uniformed person in camera and incorrectly identifies person as Law Enforcement.
-- Bad guy dispatches himself to avoid apprehension.
-- 51 minutes later, SWAT breaches room. Hence amount of bleed out on corpse.
Just a theory.
My history sucks so show me examples of anyone else doing this .
He got the idea somehow .
Probably $99 PMags too. That's what I figured. Anybody check their availability? I'm sure "sold out" or new price at CheaperThanDirt for $1000 per.
Bear in mind low res cell phone footage under these conditions may not show the flashes. They arent necessarily bright enough to contrast against that shiny glass building lit by floodlights. (its hard to see a candle flame in front of a lit light bulb)I have yet to see any muzzle flash footage. Perhaps I missed it but all the footage I have seen that clearly showed the side of the building showed no muzzle flashes. I wonder if the guy was dead before "he" killed all those people?
Because a semi auto rifle can be fired pretty darn fast with simply a healthy trigger finger. In addition the shot placement would have likely been better. Thus my expectation is a similar amount of injuries/deaths.

LVMPD LEAKED INTEL- Stephen Pollack Was An FBI Agent Supplying Arms To ISIS INSIDE THE USA!!!
[link to twitter.com (secure)]
The LVMPD knows the motive behind the attack, but the FBI will not allow us to release the motive because it implicates the FBI in illegal arms deals and supplying arms to ISIS terrorists within U.S. borders.
Stephen Paddock was an undercover FBI agent who participated in multiple illegal arms deals in the Las Vegas area in a gun running entrapment scheme similar to Fast and Furious. Paddock thought he was engaging in another routine arms transfer, but ISIS had learned about the entrapment scheme and Paddock's true identity. They killed him and carried out the massacre, and then fled the scene.
Everything is being kept under extreme wraps because 1) armed ISIS terrorists are still at large and 2) this is very embarrassing to the FBI and they don't want their scheme to become public knowledge.
I will be posting further information throughout the day, people within LVMP are disgusted and are pushing for this information to be released to the public.
It sounds like an unsubstantiated and irrational fear of the unknown. There is not a shred of evidence that this is even a likely outcome. Let's not kid ourselves, you are "registering" yourself with every 4473 you fill out. It only makes it to the ATF when the business shutters. The ATF HAS the information, it's laughable to believe that digitizing the records of defunct businesses could lead to mass confiscation...it's irrational. It's just as irrational as the left's fear of "assault rifles".

Hotel security guard reportedly got shot at 10:23, although you are correct it does appear that he may have offed himself well before the breach.

Why are people wasting their money on them? If they are banned they will likely be illegal to attach, no-grandfather.That's what I figured. Anybody check their availability? I'm sure "sold out" or new price at CheaperThanDirt for $1000 per.
