Up to 19 firearms found in the room. This guy was able to get 19 guns into a Las Vegas hotel and casino and stay for 3 days and getting his room cleaned with no suspicion... In a hotel that houses millions in cash you can sneak 19 rifles and pistols into a room on the 32nd floor....

After reading most of the posts I can only say I am embarrassed by so many of the comments. Some just plain idiocy, some thoughtful, some written in shock. But the general tone is not one I wish to be associated with.
Still so very little real detail available, yet so many opinions and even smart A.. callous remarks! I checked my other forum and the thread about the disaster was not allowed to deteriorate to the level of this one. The moderator shut it down after a few posts.
I may be a Hoosier but this forum is definitely not for me!
What we really witnessed last night was the deaths of 59 People. Fathers, Mothers, Kids, Brothers and Sisters REAL PEOPLE! Back up and read some of the comments yourself. The responses do real Indiana gun owners an injustice.

I've heard comments like that from a dozen people. I don't understand what they don't understand?

Vegas is tradeshow central. I can't imagine how many thousands of people check into hotel rooms with those shipping cases.

That's another thing I don't get. Why would anyone think it wouldn't be easy to carry a large suitcase full of guns up to a hotel room?

And am I the only one who routinely goes several days without getting my room cleaned? Ya know the maid is more than glad to exchange your dirty towels for a stack of clean ones.

I have read every post in this thread. I do not see what you are saying as to deterioration. Some folks are pushing it but nothing across the line.

I heard a quip 720 am WGN Chicago. Of course they're blaming Indiana for Chicago's gun violence. And proceeded to say that it was perfectly legal to go to Indiana and to buy a gun out of the trunk of some guys car at a gun show.

I sent them an email pointing out their error.

I have had it with this forum. I can no longer tolerate the discriminatory, biased and vitriolic postings...
...I am embarrassed that my home state firearm forum is this prejudicial and racially biased. I expected better.
