If you believe conspiracy theorists, this was set up to get those Conservatives to give in on some gun control.

500+ Were injured. There was a stampede. How many were shot? We don't know.

Honestly, this seems more like what I trained to do as a '60 gunner, but even then I was expected to be able to man-sized targets at a few hundred meters with a short burst, not a crowd.
