    Goat has a pretty strong taste, not mild like lamb. We raised goats when I was young and the best I can describe it is "musky beef". I didn't mind the meat, but never liked the milk.

    Grandfather had goats....your meat description is accurate. I think it could be pretty good smoked. The milk is a little if ab acquired taste. He also did cheese. I hated goat cheese when I was a kid (lol), but now I love it.

    Agreed. It's been 30 years plus since I had. Although what I remember was a box of mac n cheese and a can of tuna mixed in then crumbled potato chips on top baked in the oven. @mike4sigs looks much better
    Yeah his looks like what I always remember what my mom made.

    Pork tenderloin and smoked mac and cheese.... in my defense I had three 20yr old hungry boys so I didn't get the after picture... but it was good and I chose not to brush with BBQ sauce this time but I had it on the table and no one even thought about needing it. :cool:
