    So from my understanding of listening to the Senate, SB229 is not even being considered tomorrow?

    Edit: It looks like it is time for me to find a good IWB holster, as I will not be open carrying after July 1st. I live right next to two elementary schools, and they are on field trips all of the time in my town. They simply walk everywhere, and as the law stands, I could get nabbed for sharing a sidewalk or street with them. Heck, I bet they even walk through my yard on the way to the courthouse, library, and other buildings. Lucky for me I have no guns in my home I guess:rolleyes:

    I think more bills can be added tomorrow yet;
    They seemed to take multiple breaks today to push them through rules committee.
    I am going try to e-mail and get an update; perhaps BoR can shed more light on this.
    Also - they could push the session to Friday and or work later tomorrow. I don't know

    ... I missed most of this last sping and while I get the 'basics' ...
    "The Devil is in the details" ... as the saying goes. ... perhaps I need to PC that up like the one earlier.

    Where's the bacon?
    House in session again.

    Also...

    I have it on good authority that 229 will not be heard *tonight*. That is not to say it won't be heard, just not tonight.

    I'm not giving up on this until the last gavel falls Sine Die.

    Blessings,
    Bill

    I hope Speaker Bosma doesn't consider SB229 a "Tier 2" piece of legislation and not have it heard, so that he doesn't have to spend one more night in Indianapolis.
