      2015 indiana deer season

Ok. I'll buy that. I hunt on private property with my dad only, so luckily I'm the only soul within a square mile. Also, I don't miss with my Remington 870.

      Cabela's At Hamilton Town Center

Cabela's bought property in Greenwood and never developed it. I wish that one had opened. I will still visit this one though. I spent 4 hours in the Cabela's in Dundee, MI and didn't even realize it.

Beech Grove Firearms Updates, Rumor Control and Thanks!!

I love this store, but discovered it after the range was closed from the fire. The store and employees are excellent and I am looking for a nice local range. I can't wait to try out the range after it reopens!

      NRA and smile.amazon.com

Wow! I didn't know anything about this. I have shopped on Amazon for years and never knew. I don't understand why the liberals haven't targeted Amazon for this. The NRA's non-profit status is continually questioned by liberals... Don't get me wrong; I am an NRA member and I want to get the life...

      2015 indiana deer season

I dont understand the comment that slug shotguns are unsafe... I have hunted deer for nearly 30 years without incident. While a person can act safely or unsafely, firearms are only as safe as the user, dont ya know.

Man scared by your NRA sticker.

Liberals don't like the original meanings of the constitution and her amendments. You cannot remove context and intent no matter how much it bothers you. Further amendments are the only recourse.

Would a "Jitterbug" of handguns sell?

I get what you're asking. In my opinion, a small revolver is a pretty basic piece. If has only a couple moving parts and is easy to load.

      Range day

I wish I had time to visit a range twice a week. I barely have time to go more than a few times a year. I guess I'll have to wait until i retire...

Bought a gun, had a nice surprise when I opened the case

I wonder how many people owned it in between. Talk about coincidence. I also wonder what kind of odds Vegas would put on that.

Putting your handgun to use in a real life situation

I've never needed to use or fire a weapon to defend myself or my family. Probably like most other people. But if you need it, you need it.

Well. ANOTHER Remington handgun. Let's hope....

I have to say I dont like Remington pistols. I'm sure they are fine, but I'd rather own a Springfield, Colt, or Ruger.
    12. nickatnight

Mine's smaller than yours. And I'm fine with it!

If you are happy with it, stick with it. Theres no sense in carrying a gun unless you are precise with it.

      1911 Heaven...

Wow! That is insane. I would like to javr just 2 or 3 of those. All beautiful.

      New Ford 9mm 1911

I understand completely. If you think it is too pretty to carry, dont carry it. Keep it nice. The holster wear will probably bother you greatly.
    15. nickatnight

And you thought your 1911 collection was complete.

Yeah, I saw a similar piece at the NRA convention in Indy. I would rather carry two 1911's, but to each his own.
    16. nickatnight

How many times has this happened to you....

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I have seen many 1911's in the past I would like to own, but now that I want to purchase one, I cant find any. Maybe I am just being too picky...

      Traditional Commander 1911

Just spring for a Kimber. They are pricey, but you will be happy with it.

My wife wants her own handgun, suggestions?

I would suggest a .380 or 9mm made to carry. She needs something easy to carry that still is somewhat potent. But whatever you do, dont get her a pink piece!

      More "problems" with the M&P

Yeah, I havent heard about any S&W recalls. Sounds like they need more training.

It is summer again, thinking of small 9mm

The LC9 is a nice carry piece. It may not be pretty, but it is comfy. Looks aren't important for a nice carry
