Work has begun. The main air handler was removed today so the roof can be repaired. It will be a long and expensive process. Every journey stats with a single step.

Unfortunately, it took forever to get an insurance settlement.

I work in insurance and that is horrible. Don't know all the details but replacement costs, business interruption and how deductibles are applied across several lines of coverage will make your head explode.

You have an out reporting this horrible insurance work to the Indiana Insurance Commission. IF you have additional losses and lost profit from the delay and they are messing with you sue the agent and the insurance company for bad faith. They will get moving after that......

What fine agency and insurance company have you had all this fun with?

I love this store, but discovered it after the range was closed from the fire. The store and employees are excellent and I am looking for a nice local range. I can't wait to try out the range after it reopens!
