      All I'm going to say is if you really want to take that much money (which some people gladly pay) away from the BMW, I don't want to hear any complaining about how long the wait is when it comes time to do anything at your local branch because they had to lay off most of the help.

      The legislature can't make an amendment to the state constitution. It has to be put to popular vote. That being said, yes I would oppose it, just as most people here oppose the ACA
