      I was browsing the forum and saw this thread.. I used to live in Indiana (which is when I made this account) and now live in NY.. We have discussed this on that forum already and came to the conclusion it is not a good idea... Also the LEO here tend to be against this gun ban so punishing...

      I got these big ugly gray birds getting in m y pond and eating my fish.... I usually just shoot the ground beside them to scare them off but they just keep coming back... is it legal to shoot these things... I mean all they do is eat the fish and frogs in my pond..
