      +1 on Rem 700 and save for optics. Or...there are many reasonably priced sub-moa rifles out there right now: Tikka T3, Vanguard S2/Howa, Marlin X7, TC Venture.       Lethal Weapon / Die Hard Gun?

      As an Army Medic, this was my issue sidearm. Accurate, reliable, easy to field strip for cleaning, safety w/decocker, decent sights and, as others have posted, reasonably priced if bought used. My personal favorite 9mm is my H&K P7, but it is for all the reasons you listed PLUS cc.

      Unlocking Cellphones Becomes Illegal Saturday in the U.S.

      It seems that there will be a grandfather clause. You may unlock a phone that was purchased before tomorrow, but not after. Better drive 'em 'til the wheels fall off! I expect to see a sharp increase in demand (and price) for older smartphones.
