      Have fun with 5/3 in Franklin

      I dropped 5/3 a while back. This is just another reason reason to drop them. They never got my address right (I'm glad the mail carrier was smarter than 5/3), they would constantly tell me one thing then mean another. They're too big, I much prefer a local bank or credit union.

      Face to face gun purchase

      This is more or less what the Johnson County Deputy told me. So I took it down the road a bit and let him hold it while he ran the numbers. Inconveinient, but peace of mind with a clean gun.

      "Why don't you get your concealed carry permit?" Maybe because he feels he shouldn't have to pay $20/yr to exercise a constitutional right. This is utter insanity, the man should be able to conceal or openly carry without police harassment.

      So technically a residents of KY with a CCDW license could only conceal in IN. Even though, KY residents can openly (in KY) carry without a license. Seems a bit messed up.

      Pulled over by the ISP...Trooper put himself at risk today

      Probably the "shrewd" reason. In any case, glad everything was otherwise okay. I hope that the trooper doesn't needlessly risk himself or anyone else again.
