I have a 357 windicator that I have enjoyed shooting, you can't beat the price but it is a heavy gun. I had a problem with the cylinder release at first but nothing some oil did not fix.
I have a EAA 357 with a short barrel, for a very cheap revolver not a bad gun. I have fired 150 round with no problems. The big names are great firearms but for a fun gun the price is right.
I did some shopping today and did some reading on here, may look real hard at the sig p250 in the two gun set. The .40 and .45 should be out soon. Looks like a good deal to me, I was told you can put the trigger in 19 different frames. I looked at the px4 and the walther PPS, both nice guns.
Thanks for the info, I need to do some shopping. I had a XD sub-compact 40
And really liked it, I have also had a Glock, the handle was a little big for my comfort. I will check out the recommendations. Thanks again
I want to buy a new very concealable 40 or 45 I had a Kahr PM45 that I sold and now kicking myself. What is your thoughts on a good replacement? I was looking at a Walther PPS 40 but not sure. I would like a gun with the rail so the compact glock is out.
I have all 3 Books, not a big book reader but I have read and re-read the books. I thank you alot great info all people that carry a firearm should pick one up.
For the most part I have had good luck at the 1500 but I don't give my money to someone that does not have much interest in taking it. I agree a "HI" works great.
The last time I went was on Friday, If you are just looking fine if you are going to buy go on Saturday afternoon or Sunday. I did not feel like any deals were to be had on Friday. If you go when they open be ready to stand in line outside.
What is the big dislike for Dick's sporting goods, they are starting to carry tactical firearms and there ammo prices beat gander most of the time. I have bought guns from both and did not see a big difference, is there a reason not to support Dicks sports? I bought a Kahr PM45 at the Indy1500...
i agree with education but kids are always into something, I was taught as a small kid never to get into my moms purse. To this day if I need something from a purse I take it to the owner and ask them to retrieve it.
I made a copy and then laminated the one I carry, has anyone had to get a new one? I moved did the hole notify the state but did not flip for the new one with my new address, if you have applied for a new one how long does that take? Any problems?
The last time I was stopped the nice officer asked for registration, I informed him my firearm was in the glove box w/reg. he when to passenger side opened the glove box took out the gun safely emptied it and took the clip with him. I got my seat belt ticket (bull) and my clip back, he never...
I unload in the car but I do wish they would have snips for the ties, I never remember to bring a pair. I would hate to think of what would happen if a shot was fired inside, nothing good would come out of that. By the way it has happened.
