Just like the title says. I know someone who is a resident of IL, has FOID, a FL and a UT permit, but wants to be able to carry in IN.
My guess is that they currently cannot, because (I think) IN only honors permits issued from the state of residence.
He may be able to get an out-of-state...
My understanding, and I've seen them write about this in the Indy Star, is that these teenagers coordinate via cell phones and all take the buses to the mall which has been agreed upon. It's similar to the flash mob robbing that has become popular in some places.

I would go through the proper legal avenues... you can put the screws to people using the courts in a totally legal way. Sue them in civil court for reducing your property value.

No problems with it until the batteries get low... guess I could attach an external power source instead of always running it on batteries (which it eats pretty quickly).
The reason they probably instituted purchasing limits on ammo was to help their position in selling firearms (once availability comes back to normal), but especially accessories. They can make a ton off of higher margin accessories, but only if people can actually get ammo to shoot.
